At Jousting Pigs, we bring over 10 years combined experience of award-winning competition barbecue to your table. In 2019, we opened our doors in the Historic Downtown District of Liberty, Missouri and haven’t looked back since.
Our meat is smoked fresh daily with oak wood in a wood fired rotisserie smoker. We treat each piece of meat as if it were being turned in at a competition. You will notice the care and attention paid to trimming, seasoning, and slicing by hand when you order. Our home-style sides and desserts are made in-house with the same attention to detail as our meats.
